I wish that everyone will not just talk about global warming and is doing every part, regardless of how small they think it is, to save the beautiful world that we're in.

It could be just turn off the lights after using it, it could be just using less air cond, which i'm guilty of, it could be just using a green bag wherever we go, but often we succumb to the old ways just because we're forgetful, or some of us think, well, it doesn't hurt for me to do this because someone else will be doing it.

The Typhoon Morakot has struck Taiwan terribly. The famous and beautiful scenery of this small island is washed away, leaving only ruins. Once a village full of life, is tarnished into pieces, and the souls lingering in the sea, with their bodies swept away to unknown places, never to be found by their loved ones.

What happened in just probably 2 secs destroyed a lot of families, causing children are left orphaned, old folks losing their sons and/or daughters, and many ones losing their entire family. Human lives are so fragile, and the everyday crying, wailing of the members looking for their loved ones, kneeling and begging the President (who is in hot waters now by being criticized for taking slow action and not preparing his people)to give them tractor to dig out the bodies of their loved ones, to save their stranded loved ones up at the hill and endless, heart-wrenching requests.

I look around, surrounded by the comfort of a cozy environment, with the company of the people that I love most, my family. I can type all this now, in a room, safe from natural disasters, war, and terrorists. If you are reading this, you are in the same fortunate situation too. Let's all do our part to donate, or help out physically in any way we can to the society. The world is a better place by remembering that we love each other.
